How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Should I return the vase?
If you have selected a vase option, YES! We are happy to reuse the vase from the previous delivery. We want to ensure that the majority of the price of the arrangement goes towards flowers, and we can do this by happily reusing your vase! We will pick it up at the time of delivery.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call us any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! Please contact us at 631-566-6241, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at 631-566-6241 or email info@funkyblossoms.us and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.
