Substitution Policy

Our photos are intended to represent the overall style, color palette, and feeling of each arrangement. Each design is one-of-a-kind and may not be exactly replicated.

Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers may be necessary due to seasonality, weather, market conditions, or availability. If substitutions are needed, we will preserve the style, theme, and color story of your selected arrangement and use items of equal or greater value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us.

Delivery Policy

We purchase flowers for our arrangements daily every morning, and create each arrangement same day. Our deliveries typically begin going out around 2pm. If you have any specific requests, please give us a call.

Refund Policy

We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue to arrange a return.

Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
